Jiří Dvořák

He studied at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and the theme of nature is an important component in his books. He has been published in a number of newspapers as well as magazines. His one-minute-tales were aired by Czech Radio and this received the Bohemia Radio Prix award, and his book Strange Truths and Fables of the Green World received the Golden Ribbon in 2012. He translates from English and German and works as an editor of a garden magazine. He lives in Prague.
